Spell D.E.A.D

I'm really going to flung my Jap Mid Term Test which could probably cost 50% of my life. This simple comic depict my entire mind before, during and after the whole test:

Feelin' really sleepy. Busy with NDP till 9p.m and rushed down to Clarke Quay to celebrate Ting's birthday. I missed her birthday dinner. Apologies but at least i made it for coffee session which ended about 1a.m. I knocked out at 2a.m.

1. Although I am tired, I didn't really sleep well. I know myself too well. When I'm feeling frustrated or thinking too much (which happens lately), I'm not sleeping 100%. Did a second revision despite I went through once on Friday night. I've zero confidence. Before I left, my mum leave me with a few words "不用担心，这只是课外的".

2. The sensei bombarded us with lots of information, did a very last minute revision - which I hate as we're humans afterall. Tell me, out of 100%, how much are you able to absorb last minute.

3. The moment he handed us the paper, my mind went totally blank! Its almost like everything is so NEW to me. Ever been through this kind of feeling before? You start to feel a bit panicky, insecure and starts to spell D.E.A.D!

4. I've a feeling that I'm either gonna fail or do very badly for this paper. Everyone is telling me its an extra curricular activity, still, its about results at the end of the day. Pass or fail just tells so much about oneself. For that, my face is darker and blacker than charcoal.

I still can't get over it.

Away for a while

as I will be away from today onwards till 8th June with NDP preparation on hand, Jap mid term test, 2 weeks course (that requires staying in for 1 last time, hopefully) and more NDP prep coming up. Due to the heavy commitment of NDP, am considering whether to give up my Jap after completing my intermediate 1, which probably means I wouldn't be able to take my JLPT 4 or 3 end of the year.

Don't know if I'm able to attend ting's birthday celebration in the evening, coz' I don't wanna be a disappointment on my great pals 22nd birthday. I will try my very best to get there! A great sunny and bright saturday, yet, I'm feeling so blue.

my silly cum funny dad

Just a few days ago, my uncle bought fishes and my aunty was sharing with everyone. And dad decided to cook Fish Curry tonight. My aunty, uncle and Granny was here to join us as well. While eating, dad asked my uncle a very (-。-)"DUH question:

爸爸说：鱼好新鲜啊！海底抓的吗？

妈妈说：当然是海底抓得啦！难道是山上抓的吗！

I don't know what to say. Just quietly continue with my dinner. But the DUH! feel kept lingering in my head!

Anyway, tomorrow is lian's first day at work in a new company. 身为好朋友的我当然要说声 “加油加油加油！”

Its time....

..........for some updates! Been away for quite sometime. Well, a rather busy week packed with activities and errands to run - back to back. I've finally booked my TP on 9 October '07 and currently undergoing driving lesson. Well, its not something new to all, but hey, its part of my resolution for the year, thus I'm working real hard on it. I just hate manual car and I seriously wouldn't even consider about it after I've passed my TP.

Lately everyone is all ready for ORD and stepping into the next phase of their lives. Excitement everywhere. For me, another 4 months to go. NDP phase has commence and I foresee tighter schedule the actual event draw nearer. To all my fellow buds, wishing you guys all the best for your future endeavour. Whatever routes you guys have chosen, best of luck and just remember to stay in touch!

Today is Mothers' Day. So what have you got for your dearest mummy? I've decided to bake a cheesecake for her, and also share it with relatives and friends. Quite well-received and I was delighted that the entire taste turns out what I want it to be.

And while ransacking my drawer today, I saw these nerdy passport size photos I've taken right from Primary school days till today. For sure, I've lost some of them, but these 8 are the “经典” ones. Haha! It just shows how much I've changed, maybe not a major breakthrough (unless I visit the plastic surgeon for some major facelift, nosejob, jabs for Angelina Jolie's lips), at least there are some changes.
